Invoice
You’ll automatically receive a monthly summary invoice at the end of each month for all mail sent during that period.
Please note that we cannot issue an invoice for prepaid credit, as this is not considered revenue — it’s simply a deposit of funds. We only send VAT invoices for actual usage, based on services delivered.
The prepaid credit should be recorded in your bookkeeping by your accountant or finance department. This is prepaid value — not yet revenue — and no VAT applies. Since no service has been delivered yet, no invoice will be issued for topping up your credit.

All unit prices include printing and shipping, excluding VAT. Prices may change under the influence of market conditions.
