Introduction

Welcome to Print.one! Our mission is to make sending physical mail as easy as sending an email.

We’re constantly working on improvements and new features. If you come across anything that could be improved, let us know. All feedback is welcome.

This is how Print.one works

With Print.one, you can easily send personalized mail. This can be just one postcard or letter, or large volumes at once. You can send them manually or fully automated. To get started, you’ll need three things:

  • A design

  • An address file (CSV), or a software integration

  • A prepaid balance

In the portal at https://portal.print.one, you can create and test your design. We provide several templates you can use for testing or as a starting point for your own layout. Once your design is ready, you can send or test your cards and letters using the ‘Create order’ button.

You have two shipping options:

  • Drip: fast shipping (from 1 card)

  • Batch: more economical for large quantities (from 300), delivery the following week

Choose Batch if you have a lot of mail to send and speed is less important. Note: make sure your mailing is ready for a batch by Tuesday at the latest. The mail will be delivered the following week, spread over several days.

Step-by-step plan

The step-by-step plan below will help you set up your first campaign. From creating a design to sending cards: here's what you need to get started successfully.

Step 1 – Create a design

Use our handy editor to create your design. Review our design specifications beforehand to prevent errors. Are you working with a graphic designer? Have them review the specifications first.

Step 2 – Templates and variables

In the editor, you can immediately test your design. Add variables, such as {{first name}}, variable images, colors, or QR codes with personalized URLs. This will make your post even more personalized.

Step 3 – Integration

Connect your own software to automate the sending process. Use:

  • An existing integration

  • Or manually with API keys

First test the integration with the TEST API key. Is everything working properly? Then send cards with the LIVE API key and start your campaign.

Step 4 – Testing

Use the Preview function to view your design. Satisfied? Send yourself a test card to check the final result.

We'll take care of the rest.

We'll make sure your cards are printed and mailed.
